About San Marcos Medical Center

The San Marcos Medical Center is located at the intersection of Wonder World Drive and Sadler Drive. The 177,000 SF campus includes 12 buildings and medical tenants such as Austin Heart, St. David’s HealthCare, Baylor Scott & White and Live Oak Health Partners Primary Care. The campus is located directly across from the CTMC Hospital, making it a prime location for medical services. We are currently in the process of completing two new buildings, named Sadler III and Wonder World Medical Square, which will provide an additional 32,000 square feet of brand-new Class A medical space!
